Do you love beer? Do you love cheese even more? Well, HopCat created a Beer Cheese you can prepare at home!
Ingredients:
2.5 Pounds – Mexican Blend Cheese
12 Ounces – Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup – Roasted Garlic
1.5 Tablespoons – Worcestershire
1.5 Tablespoons – Ground Mustard
3 Cups – Horseradish
3 Cups – Blue Cheese Crumbles
1 Pint – Half and Half Cream
1 1/4 Cup – Heavy Cream
1 Pint – Porter
Instructions:
-Add all ingredients excluding cheese into the mixer
– Whip away for 30 seconds.
– Add mixed cheese.
– Whip away for 15 seconds.
– Plate cold with vegetables and pita chips.
– Plate hot with pretzels and summer sausage.
